Please double-check your schedule before booking to ensure you can fully enjoy your time with us. Cancellations and reschedules require a 24-hour notice, or risk losing future booking privileges. Repeated abuse of cancellations and reschedules will block future booking. If you or your child are unwell, we’re happy to waive this policy with a doctor's note—after all, we’re all about keeping the germs at bay! Your understanding means the world to us!
